But after falling in love and getting married, something had shifted for him…

First, it only happened only once in a while. But as usual with P.E., once he started to get nervous about it, it started happening more and more often, until it had taken over his sex life with his wife. She was trying to be understanding, but it had become chronic for many months, and she was starting to get frustrated and impatient. And he was starting to panic. So we began to work together on his P.E. I told him that I was completely confident that I could resolve it for him, but honestly, I was nervous! He already knew everything that I knew!
